How do i make the spline not close?

I want it to start in point 0 and end in point n-1
But I have no idea on how to modify it.
it always seems to start at new Vertex(0,0,0) and end at Vertex(0,0,0)

I took a look at it but can't figure it out. I don't know enough about spline calculations in general to fix it. I'll leave the issue open for anyone who wants to contribute.
