Pre-loadshedding stage warning

This is more of a feature request than an issue.

Would it be possible to get a planned future state? Like if we're moving to stage 2 at 12:00 we can get that timestamp and the planned stage?

Can't figure out how Eskom se push would manage it.

Sorry, I didn't see the notification for this. I don't think that's possible, unless eskom reliably provides that information on a website. This API is more just meant to be a wrapper around the horrible https://loadshedding.eskom.co.za site.

I am happy to accept any PRs from anyone that wants to add it though!
