Currently, the release process fails when creating a new release. Checking the CI, the following error appears:

go: github.com/hashicorp/packer-plugin-sdk/cmd/packer-sdc@latest (in github.com/hashicorp/packer-plugin-sdk@v0.5.4): go.mod:126: invalid go version '1.21.0': must match format 1.23
