Describe the bug
After set payouts, set payouts show
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

When matching round is over click set payouts
Refresh
Still see set payouts

Expected behavior
It should be clearer that need to accept all challenges and cannot process payouts until challenge period is over
