[BUG] Can't edit a DAO profile on PotLock using wallet which belongs to the "council" group

Trying to edit beat-dao.sputnik-dao.near profile on potlock with beatdao.near (council in the DAO), but getting "Unauthorized" message on potlock app.

Steps, which I'm doing to edit the profile:

1. Open https://app.potlock.org/?tab=project&projectId=beat-dao.sputnik-dao.near&nav=home
2. Hit "edit profile" button
3. Being redirected to https://app.potlock.org/?tab=editproject&projectId=beat-dao.sputnik-dao.near
4. Getting "Unauthorized" output
   

I'd like to change a brief description of "Why the project is a public good", however, as a council I'm not able to perform such action.
