Check out ModalDonation.jsx updates in this PR for more efficient fetching of active pots for project

Also, be aware that new Lists implementation will offer "Donate to list" functionality, which will open this modal like if you click "Donate to projects" on pot page, but instead of being populated with pot projects it will be populated with list projects.
