[Bug]: Unable to select Azure as login type in v2.2.0

What happened?

Unable to select Azure as login type when creating a new connection. Downgrading to v2.1.10 fixes this problem.

What version of the tool are you using?

v2.2.0

What version of Visual Studio Code are you running?

1.85.1

I'll look into it. I had to remove it because one of the dependencies was interfering. I'll add it back
