What happened?
Entered connection details for an environment.
Details are accepted.
Press the Connection button in the sidebar menu.
Errors are produced but they don't say what the error is (e.g. credentials, environment config).
Unable to work out what is wrong with the connection.
Followed Github link to report issue.
What version of the tool are you using?
Extension version: 2.2.0.
What version of Visual Studio Code are you running?
VSCode version: 1.90.0.
