Support for the Luau language

Short description

Requesting language support for Luau, a derivative of Lua 5.1 maintained by Roblox.

Usecase

It would be great to use Luau with PowerDNS for all the features and changes (e.g. static type checking) that it brings. I have also heard that Roblox Staff use Lua with PowerDNS, but it could prove well for them to have this option of Luau too (it's most of the reason why I am opening this issue!).

(p.s. this is my first time creating/writing a GitHub issue, so let me know if I'm doing something wrong! ^_^)

I looked into this some time ago and it didn't seem too hard - they did change the interface a bit. Looking forward to that PR.
