[FEAT] Access to file menu in mobile

I can't view my files when in mobile mode, it is a shame as the function is there and the list view works fine (not the tile view)

A button in the bottom menu

I sent myself the link to the domain.com/#/files adress to access it :)

Additional context
By the way, the download and copy icons are hidden in mobile sizes. I forced the icons to be shown via css modification and it works fine now... for me :D
I do not understand why they are hidden, you may have a valid reason but i can't download files on mobile in this situation^^
