Hi Team,

As we near the ASSETS notification date (and @hoominchu's departure from the team), we have a number of TODOs necessary to cleanup this repo and prepare for a release and personnel handoff:

  • Rename this repo to BusStopCV
  • Add in README with setup/dev instructions
  • Merge dev branches into master
  • Polish code and add comments, as necessary
