New label visualizations, colored by label age or labeler #3535

I've long wanted (and so perhaps have already made Issues for but couldn't find), label visualizations that are color-coded by:

  • Timestamp of label (i.e., label age). This can be a gradient/continuous color scheme
  • Labeler (could have discrete colors for top ~15 labelers and then one color for other)

These should be straightforward to create. Could just be in admin dashboard at first but could be broadly useful.

To me, this is relevant for our work with MIT but also would be generally useful, especially as some of our deployment cities are increasingly old.

I wonder if this would be more useful if colored by panorama age instead of label age
