Add a 'mailbox' tag to Obstacle #3552
Comments
Note that the Newberg folks were talking about domestic mailboxes outside of residences, typically mounted on a post. The mailboxes @hoominchu has been discussing on Slack look like the federal postal service mailboxes... so while the tag is the same, the background motivations here are different. |
@jonfroehlich in which cities should we include the mailbox tag? I think that all US cities make sense. I don't personally remember seeing these in Zurich / Amsterdam / Taiwan, and it feels like it would look out of place in those places. Auckland has some similar infrastructure to the US, so I'd probably include it there. What about in Mexico and Cuenca? I like to be thorough and make sure that we're collection all possible data, but I'm also cognizant of users feeling overwhelmed... and this will be our 18th Obstacle tag 🥴 |
Let's do US only for now... thanks for all your thoughts on this.

Brief description of problem/feature
This was requested by folks in Newberg in the past, and we've been seeing a lot of them while validating labels recently, so it sounds like it's a good idea to add a dedicated tag for it!
