issue should be seen on above demo ^, and on attached video. looks like the resize cursor becomes disabled when the mouse hovers over the edge of the td element and enabled again, this is causing flickering. any ideas on the cause of this issue? can it be fixed with css?

To save anyone else some time looking into this, this issue is related to #99 (which has a proposed fix).
