Describe the feature you'd like to see

So far running PyPSA-Eur with all sectors work for all countries, except Ukraine (UA) and Moldova (MD)
For the sector-coupled model to run for UA and MD, the following steps are still required according to @fneum:
- Eurostat balances: Check for completeness and plausibility
- Industry distribution data missing (except for steel and ammonia, already compiled from GEM)
- Statistics in data, e.g. district heating shares, etc.
