You need to add c:\Program Files\Qalculate (or wherever Qalculate is installed) to the PATH environment variable (in Advanced system settings -> Environment Variables), or use the full path to the binary qalc.exe (e.g. "c:\program files\qalculate\qalc.exe"). |
