Once the code gets added here, I would like to figure out if we can add a convenient CD release pipeline on the private fork.
The idea would be that for every competition, we tag the commit (UB-HS-2022) for instance, and then have a CD job immediately compile the agents and serve them as build artifacts. That way it is easy to download agents from the same place, and it's not a guessing game of where we left the compiled binaries, whether they work, etc.
