ivestigate a possibility to increase hover area for scenario line without changing the visible layout.

idea: use two strokes, one visible and one transparent and attach the hover function to transparent. See also: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/53547723/how-to-increase-hover-area-for-line-d3v4
