onnxruntime无法使用CUDAExecutionProvider #1227

使用dockerfile build后的镜像 onnxruntime无法使用CUDAExecutionProvider。
其他模型训练都可以正常使用gpu。docker启动指令docker run --gpus all --runtime nvidia。

直接在服务器上使用conda安装后使用没有问题。

补充：cuda11.8 requirements中已添加onnxruntime-gpu

先卸载onnxruntime，再装onnxruntime-gpu
