@nlshopova Olivia is a good persona for this story, but considering best practices questions typically come from people with more experience, maybe it makes sense to add a "newbie" level persona too.

I think we should not differentiate types of questions for the first version. Therefore we can keep this story as a reminder for later or consider archiving it as something that might emerge naturally from usage later on.
