Add the ability to create a postfix user from the web interface, specifying a name, email address, password, disk quota.

@MyrZlo hmmm what do you mean? typically with RainLoop, you're connecting to a remote POP3 or IMAP server, and you can't create a new user over those protocols. You would need raw access to the mail server. Do you mean in cases where the mail host is 127.0.0.1? (i.e. the same server in which RainLoop is being served)
