Change default sign location

I became aware of the sign being visible if you are in the third perspective. Therefore I changed the default sign location to the player's coordinates but with y = 1.

Support for 1.8+

This is the last release for now containing support for more Minecraft versions. SignGUI now supports Minecraft 1.8+

Support for 1.12+ and sign location

This release adds support for 1.12+
Additionally it contains the feature to change the location where the sign will be placed. It will only be visible for the player and won't even be placed on the server. Warning: Placing the sign out of the chunks visible to the player, will cause problems. Preferably place it in the same chunk as the player.

Support for 1.14+, color codes and stripColor

This release adds support for 1.14+
Additionally it adds the ability to use color codes and the stripColor feature.
