Cyrillic Symbol Handling

Activate the better handling of cyrillic characters on the Personal Settings Page of your cloud if cyrillic characters are not recognized correctly.
Please beware that this makes the indexing of the music library slower and you may run into a timeout! In this case you may adjust the PHP setting in php.ini.
