Describe the bug
(At least GPU) Fan curves don't get applied on Windows startup since the update. I have to go into Fan Control and manually cycle the curve tab on each to get them to apply.

Is there a log.txt file next to FanControl.exe with recent date entries?
log.txt

NOTE: Those log entries (that's all there is in the file) are a week old and might be pre-update. Not sure if they are relevant to the consistent failure to apply curves on startup since update.

Relevant hardware specs and setup
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B650E-F Gaming WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen7 7800X3D
GPU: Asus TUF 4080 Super
OS: Win 10 Professional, latest update

Same problem here with Ryzen 7 5800X and RX 7600

Maybe because there is no longer delay for FanControl to start...

Clarification: It seems that this is more of a problem with the Graph curve type than Windows startup. Using Flat values seem to apply properly during startup and afterwards, but Graph curves on my GPU will start doing whatever after a while even if manually re-applied after startup.

GPU Curve Medium is capped at 1300 RPM, but the fans seems to be doing what they want.
