This would probably just include the kubernetes cluster infrastructure, not heroku. Essentially an addon to the existing https://github.com/girder/terraform-heroku-django.

No update since OASIS funding has ended. There is terraform in the infrastructure directory but this issue refers to creating a reusable terraform module for spinning up a K8s cluster for worker nodes. It's still unclear if this would even be fully beneficial to other projects, so some investigation would also need to be done.
