If a moderator deletes the highest count message, the counter will get blamed #3

The message attribute doesn't log who deleted a message, so if someone else deletes the highest count, the user who posted the message will get blamed and will get banned if banning is enabled.

A possible fix is making use of audit_logs and check the deleted messages, however, Discord doesn't log what message was deleted, so there's no way to be certain who deleted the highest counting message as of now.

Proof of concept was created in 582860e
