Bug in the DoD symbology (ArcGIS 10.5)

The Problem

GCD tool, DoD with mismatch between the ranges and the labels

Reproduction steps

1-Using the GCD tool, I produced a DoD.
2- I added the DoD raster map to my ArcGIS 10.5 project.
3-On the DoD I identified a bug in the symbology whereby every 2 ranges the label doesn't match (blue lines):

4-I can update the label and change the classification to add the missing ranges, but having it working automatically would be better.
