Major upgrades / refactoring

Tested both binaries

  • Windows11 (22H2)
  • Linux Mint 20.2

Remarks:
For Windows the System setting under Security - Developer - Terminal should be fixed to 'Windows Hosted Terminal" !
For Linux the COM-Names in appsettings.json ("COM20", ..) have to be changed to "/dev/ttyUSB0", "/dev/ttyUSB1", ...
(not all colors of the example appsettings.json work under linux ;-)!
