kysely-codegen vs kanel-kysely: Pros/Cons

As far as types go, I'm not too picky. As far as I can tell, kanel's codegen supports plugins whereas this package does not. As a Postgres user, what pros/cons do you see between the two libraries (for example, I notice JsonValue is supported in kysely-codegen whereas the other kysely type gen packages mentioned in the docs don't have that).

For me, one pro so far without extensive usage (I just started) is the better typing.
