Beach Cleanup Data

An open data standard for exchange and storage of beach litter data

Goals

Create an international standard for storing and presenting beach litter data, so that various organizations can share and aggregate data.
Create a standard dictionary of litter.
Make the standard open for everyone to contribute and adopt.
Make the data available in machine-readable format.
