Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since release v2.2.6 the arm64 portable builds have increased twofold in size.
They feature an additional subfolder PicView-v.2.2.7-win-arm64-.NET8-required containg the same files as in the rest of the archive.

Describe the solution you'd like
Slim down by halving the archives' file size

Describe alternatives you've considered
We can always take the full builds (installer variants)

Additional context
Not a big deal - you may ignore this till v2.2.8 😜

Hey there, sorry for not responding.
I've been very focused on rewriting my project for the Avalonia platform. You can read more here, if you're interested.

I've just finished making an automated build script that makes portable and installable versions for both x64 and arm64. So every time there's a new commit, new updated versions will be downloadable from the Actions page.

Those will be used for future versions of PicView, so this issue won't happen again.
