Perform multiple stochastic runs and generate statistics

Propose to add parameter "n_repeat", then run the number of trajectories, possibly in parallel. When all are complete, a processing script will run to compute means and variances of the observables at the output time points. Options for output files include:

1. Putting the means and variances for each observable in separate files.
2. Making one file for each observable that reports mean and variance.
