How to Export highlights to pdf (without directly annotating the pdf file)

Thanks for the wonderful plugin. I am still unravelling its advanced capabilities and learning a lot everytime !!

Just wanted to ask if you have any plans to allow incremental export of highlights to actual pdf files... incremental in the sense that if a highlight already exists in pdf, then not to embed it again.

I tried the feature of embedding highlights directly to pdf file, but found a bit of lag -- the pdf reloads after each highlighting.

Hence looking for a workflow in which I highlight only in obsidian first and export highlights to pdf at a later stage ... Any ideas would be welcome :)
