[FR] Add simple figures like arrows with annotation

I think that adding figures with annotations would be nice as it implements a new world of possibilities instead of simply highlighting the existing text. It will feel more like really annotating things by hand on text.

Use case: I reached this by studying for my next exam (I study pure math so some steps are sometimes unintelligible...).

I didn't understand what changed from (4.4) to (4.5).

I don't know if this is already possible. If it is, feel free to close/edit or whatever :)
