First of all thanks a lot for the amazing plugin!

I saw in the codebase that the TTS support is under development or trying to be implemented. Instead of simply having simple TTS support, where user has to select the text, and then click on the speak button. I would love to have a better way of using a speed reader or TTS just like the Reader by Eleven Labs.
