Who is the primary actor in this use case?

Project Admin

Describe the use case

As project admin, I want to set the similarity threshold that is used for considering two similar papers as equals.

Acceptance criteria

  • value between 0 and 1 or 0% and 100%
  • default is 0.5 or 50%
