Recursive module search?

At the moment Bake will search in the roots of directories provided to it by the --search-dirs argument, but maybe there's a case for searching recursively inside a directory. The cakeml_libs project is currently laid out something like this:

- libs/
    - virtqueue/virtqueScript.sml
    - utils/utilsScript.sml
    ...
