William Liebenberg commented on Disqus at August 03 2021, 08:52 Good rule to follow - but I would suggest changing the language from "bad decisions" to "less informed" decisions. Just how we say that estimates can't be "bad" -- they just aren't "accurate". We don't always know everything to make exact measurements for the time it may take to complete a piece of work. |
