autoROI acquisition failed to expand tissue after a certain point

A 7 brain acquisition failed to expand ROIs after a certain point and just imaged with same ROIs going all the way down. A possible reason is that the lower left brain (7th) brain places the bath too far to the left and the autoROI uses the previous coords and just does not expand.

We for sure should add again the borders that indicate the area that can be imaged. This will help until a solution is obtained for above. I think also there are not sufficient messages being logged from the autoROI, so probably we should be increasing its presence in the log files.

Stage boundaries are now plotted (e410e75) whilst I look into whether there is the suspected flaw in the autoROI.

This is too tricky to debug by reading through code. Have to simulate it with the dummy scanner.
