Check that raw data tiffs all have the same size. #452

All raw data TIFFs should have the same size. If not, the files are corrupt and this can happen due to SSDs decaying. Important to get this check in place soonish. Should do tests only on directories that are finished and have been for a minute. The file system might report incorrectly otherwise.
