Wrong channel displayed in Preview Window after autothresh #459

Acquire channels 1 to 3 as preview scan.
Select to view channel 2.
Press auto-thresh.
Brain is found by channel 1 is being displayed whilst channel 2 is indicated as being displayed in the drop-down.
