So you'd need to ensure that you've e.g. the latest drivers installed for your network adapter, that your system is up to date (all Windows updates installed etc.) and that SEB has permission to access the network adapter resp. use networking functionality. If that's already the case, you may find more information related to the issue in the application log of the Event Viewer system application.
