Key notes:

1- In the week of Apr 12, Jim to check with Jeremy’s availability for an ad hoc meeting. Key topics are:
- Collaboration with PHUSE
- Patent topic
- People management reflection
- Having a liaison person between ISG and BRATS
- Do we need a subgroup working on launch readiness?
- think of launch the deliverables as if we are launching a product
- Use professional platform to reach out to end users/target groups (such as LinkedIn)
- Use general social media to reach out to the general public (such as YouTube channel)
- Synergy within working group
- Maybe collaboration with OCT is needed?
2- Postpone the full team meeting to the last week of Apr (proposing Apr 28 same time)
- Refresher training/walkthrough (of the charts that come from Rho’s Safety Explorer to the entire working group; then asking for volunteers to develop user-guide
- Subgroup updates
- Team building best slot survey (sometime in May)--- reminder to team members to prepare for the 2 facts and 2 lie, and 1-2 pictures that are important (and why/stories behind)
- Team membership confirmation (whoever does not sign up yet, please sign up)

Action items:
1- Mengchun to conduct the survey on best slot. Ideally it should be at least 1.5 hours
2- Team to have an ad hoc meeting (Jim to schedule) and finalize topics/agenda for full team meeting
3- Reschedule full team meeting to Apr 28 (Jim to reschedule)
4- Mengchun to work on the patent topic in parallel
