Problem:

  1. I ran into issues with the current provider version of gavinbunney/kubectl:
│ Error: Failed to install provider
│ 
│ Error while installing gavinbunney/kubectl v1.14.0: authentication
│ signature from unknown issuer

Solution:

  1. Per Error while installing registry.opentofu.org/gavinbunney/kubectl v1.14.0: authentication signature from unknown issuer gavinbunney/terraform-provider-kubectl#296 - This is fixed in 1.16+. So I am bumping to the latest released version

Testing:

  1. Will verify in Spacelift run
