Clear contact form fields and display a successful submission popup

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The contact form is not clearing the fields after submission. When the form is submitted, the fields remain populated, and there is no indication that the submission was successful on the same page.

Describe the solution you'd like
I want the contact form to clear all the input fields after the user clicks the submit button. Additionally, a success message should be displayed on the same page by displaying a successful submission popup, without redirecting the user to a new page.
