I want an AI chatbot that can provide instant responses to common customer inquiries, reducing wait times and improving the overall customer experience.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've considered hiring more customer support agents, but this is costly and doesn't guarantee 24/7 availability. Another option was implementing a detailed FAQ page, but it lacks interactivity.

The chatbot should integrate with our existing CRM system, handle multiple languages, and provide analytics on customer interactions.
What problem is this feature trying to solve?
The feature aims to reduce customer wait times for support and enhance satisfaction by providing quick and accurate responses.
How do we know when the feature is complete?
The feature is complete when the chatbot can handle at least 80% of common inquiries accurately, integrate seamlessly with our CRM, and generate interaction analytics.
