Problem: Responses will be sent to email addresse both for Existing users and New users.
Solution: Introducing a streamlined complaint handling system:
For Existing Users: Responses will be sent directly to a new section on their dashboard, where they can easily view the solutions to their queries.
For New Users: Responses will be sent to their registered email addresses, ensuring they stay informed and receive timely updates.
