5.6.7: Encoding of derived composites is not entirely clear: How are fields of the base type encoded? Handle them like fields of the derived type (encoded before or after the new fields?) or add another element for the base composite? Why is malxml:type not mandated as a "required" attribute (it "shall" always be given for a concrete composite)?
