5.1 (p. 5-2): Invalid XSD example - the sequence must be contained in the extension element. Furthermore, element namespaces should be handled consistently (either prefix all XML Schema-defined elements and attributes with xsd or none). Even better would be to explicitly define the name spaces and give the example as a full XSD file.
