Plugin seems correctly installed, but responses aren't encrypted

Hi, it seems that i've installed this plugin correctly, But when I test my survey, it won't encrypt my answers. Is there a way I can debug this plugin? I run the survey with xampp.

Hi Ron,

assist you with resolving the problem.
